Fermanagh children follow in the artistic footsteps of a Local Great

Over 80 local school children were brought by Enniskillen Castle: Fermanagh County Museum and the William Scott Foundation to the William Scott exhibition at the Ulster Museum, Belfast in December 2013 as part of the artist’s centenary celebrations.

Pupils from Holy Trinity Primary School, Enniskillen; St Mary’s Primary School, Mullymesker; Ballinamallard Primary School and St Fanchea’s College, Enniskillen were brought by Fermanagh County Museum to the William Scott exhibition at the Ulster Museum.

During the visit the pupils were taken on a tour of the exhibition; took part in a print-making workshop with the Ulster Museum’s Head of Learning Colleen Watters; and met Robert Scott, William Scott’s son.
